What to Expect
During our wildlife travel trips, we explore exotic destinations, observe wild creatures in their natural habitats, and experience local cultures. Our travelers are guided by local wildlife experts and experienced Zoo staff. They get immersed in wilderness landscapes and introduced to individuals who have taken on the task of safeguarding our planet’s precious biological diversity.
Our goal is to inspire through experience and education; so, please join us for a tour. It could very well turn out to be the adventure of a lifetime!

Mexico: Migration of the Monarch Butterflies
February 17 – February 22
Every winter, hundreds of millions of monarch butterflies migrate across the United States and Canada to the high volcanic mountains of Mexico. After hiking or horseback riding to monarch reserves in Michoacán, you will be surrounded by beautiful butterflies!
Galápagos: Land of Darwin
August 11 – August 20
Swim and snorkel with sea lions and sea turtles, experience up-close encounters with blue-footed boobies and marine iguanas, and see majestic giant tortoises in the wild. On this adventure, you will walk in the footsteps of Charles Darwin.
Borneo: Red Ape Encounter
September 27 – October 6
In the northeastern region of Malaysian Borneo, the majestic Kinabatangan River and its surrounding rainforest wetlands make up one of the richest ecosystems on the planet. As you explore, you may see wild orangutans, pygmy elephants, proboscis monkeys, and so much more!
